Full-Stack AI Harness

How the stack is structured and jointly optimized — Core, Harness Control, and Vertical Apps — for regulated workflow execution. For the five-point platform definition (Optimized · Sovereign · Full-Stack · AI Harness · Regulated Verticals), see Home → The platform, defined.

AI Harness Control

The governed path from document to decision

Same Full-Stack AI Harness everywhere. These six stages make agent work auditable and human-gated — not a black-box chat. Harness Control is the operating layer; vertical agents are the apps.

  1. 1

    Ingest

Bring in documents, messages, and system extracts — Web, email, messaging apps such as LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, or Telegram, files, and ERP/QMS exports.

  2. 2

    Extract

Parse and structure fields with local models and rules — OCR, tables, bilingual operational language.

  3. 3

    Align

Match against systems of record and controlled references — PO/GR/vendor, SOPs, approved mappings.

  4. 4

    Govern

Run fixed checklists, policies, Validation Packs, and role permissions — not free-form model discretion.

  5. 5

    Assure

Flag uncertainty, enforce segregation of duties, and require human confirmation before consequential actions.

  6. 6

    Brief & act

Deliver ready-to-use briefs and alerts; optional controlled write only after approval and a real connector. Systems of record stay authoritative.

Pilots can start with export/snapshot data before a write API exists. Named agents for ERP and life sciences are on the Sovereign Ops and Life Sciences pages.

Why this architecture matters

  • Model layer alone is not enough — regulated work needs validation, provenance, and human gates.
  • Apps without a harness become brittle point solutions that cannot share control or audit patterns.
  • Joint optimization means post-trained models, retrieval, agents, and appliances are designed together for on-prem economics.
